No Show Policy

Failure to attend training course.

Due to the amount of people booking a course and not making contact to say they can't attend due to unforeseen circumstances, We will now be charging you for NO SHOWS.

Failure to attend a course will result in a 'No Show' attendance status. All 'No Shows' will be charged 100% of the course booked.

You can still change your booking at anytime before the course at no charge just email or phone 0275418989.
